In IDECONSA we work with a Management System founded on Total Quality criteria, in particular EFQM model (European Fundation Qualitas Management).
Our “Strategy” is to reach “Enterprise Excellence” by leading the management of the company to economic efficiency, as well as improvement of profitability and results with time.
The management is directed towards satisfaction of the client, continuous improvement of processes, workers participative management and development and establishment of R&D&I policies.
In 2004 and 2005, IDECONSA was finalist to the Enterprise Excellence Award, sponsored by the Aragon Government, and it received the prestigious "400 CLUB" recognition, which comprises those companies that have reached more than 400 points according to the requirements of the EFQM model.
